The NEPTUNE Assessment

You already know what it feels like to be trying to get something new done.

This assessment finds the capabilities you bring to that. There are seven, and everyone has all seven. Most working environments reward only a few, so the others are quiet. This is about finding yours.

Fifty questions. Set aside about thirty minutes. You can leave anytime and pick up where you stopped. Each one puts you inside a real situation with three responses. More than one may feel true. Choose the one that is most like you, not the one that sounds best. The honest answer is the useful one.

Think of a specific time you were trying to get something genuinely new done, and answer from there.

At the end you’ll see which capability you lead with and which one has likely been suppressed, and what likely pushed it down.
